INDEPENDENT music
This one is about someone coping with addiction. The verses are from the perspective of the drug. The chorus is the get high. After the second chorus the perspective shifts to that of the families and how they feel about being second choice. Quite a chipper little number.
This is a super nostalgic track! It starts off with teen angst, then heads into present day apathy for mainstream music. The song climaxes by establishing that life’s good cos we’ve still got all the old tunes! See you at the rave in 2058!
This one goes out to the Donald Trumps, Daniel Eks and Mikey Shulmans…
I’ll kickya in the pricker ya big dripper!
ABOUT
I'm Ed, a mixing engineer based in Leeds and I also make music. These are my tracks. Some are finished properly, some less so. All of them meant something at the time.
Independent music is hard to value in a world where streams pay fractions of pennies. A bus ticket costs £2. A pint costs £6. I think music is worth at least that.
If you make music too and you're sitting on half-finished tracks, I know exactly how that feels. And I know how to help.
If you’re sitting on half finished tracks and want to finish them properly, I’m here to help.
